Cazenovia house sold for $392,000 tops the list of most expensive residential real estate sales in Madison County between May 3 and May 16. Seven properties changed hands during this period with an average price of $217,286 and a price per square foot of $158.

    Here are the top five sales:

    6. A single-family house at 840 State Route 26A in Georgetown sold for $132,500. Built in 1967, it has 1,552 square feet of living space and was priced at $85 per square foot.

    5. The sale of a single-family home at 8914 Eddy Road in Sullivan was finalized for $160,000. Constructed in 1960, the house features 1,732 square feet of living area and a price per square foot of $92.

    4. A detached house at 206 Macarthur Place in Lenox sold for $189,500. Built in 1850, it has 1,466 square feet of living space and was priced at $129 per square foot.

    3. The property at 604 Valley Drive in Sullivan changed hands for $265,000. Constructed in 1978, the house features 1,320 square feet of living area and a price per square foot of $201.

    2. A single-family residence at 5762 Peterboro Road in Oneida sold for $342,000. Built in 1998, it has 1,456 square feet of living space and was priced at $235 per square foot.
