A
trust tied to the billionaire Les Wexner family has purchased Norman Foster's 30-acre estate on Martha's Vineyard for $37 million. The Blue Heron Farm Nominee Trust, with Attorney Matthew Zeiger as trustee, acquired the property on Cobbs Hill Road, according to public records. Zeiger is based in New Albany, Ohio, where Wexner lives and has developed much of the town.
The estate was previously owned by real estate developer Anthony Fisher and his wife, who died in a plane crash in 2003. The property features a 150-year-old barn, main house with a wraparound porch, boat house, guest house, tennis court, and private beach. It also includes riding paddocks for equestrians.
Wexner, the former chairman and CEO of L Brands, has ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein through their personal and professional relationship dating back to the 1980s. Wexner's family also owns a sprawling megamansion in New Albany, Ohio, a home in Jupiter, Florida, and an equestrian farm in Wellington, Florida.
