LG Capital, a Brookfield-based real estate investor, has launched its seventh diversified private real estate investment fund. The new fund, MLG Private Fund VII, aims to raise $400 million in equity. This launch follows the firm's announcement in January that it had closed its sixth fund. With this latest addition, MLG Capital continues to expand its portfolio of private real estate investments.
