ontainebleau Development named Raj Mohan vice‑president and managing director for its JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura. Mohan, who left Pyramid Global Hospitality where he ran Saddlebrook Resort in Tampa, brings resort‑operations experience from Aruba, Jamaica, China and Canada. In his new role he will sharpen guest experience and drive business expansion.
Linkvest Capital broadened its board with Eddy Arriola, Nicolás Santos and Juan David Perdomo. The Miami‑based alternative‑investment firm, led by principal Camilo Niño, now counts Arriola—CEO of Arriola & Co. and former founder of the Miami community bank Apollo Bank—Santos, founding partner of Bogotá multi‑family office Ikalon, and Perdomo, head of Vision Planning Group, another Bogotá multi‑family office. The move signals Linkvest’s intent to deepen its expertise across markets.
Compass added two South Florida teams. Galleria International Realty, a 71‑agent group headed by Patricia Anglero (established 2009), will operate from Compass’s Las Olas Boulevard office and has closed more than $2 billion in sales. The Andrade Group, 29 agents led by Jorge Andrade and Henny Barreto, will work out of Compass’s Coconut Grove and Winter Park locations, reporting $50 million in annual sales and focusing on Miami‑Dade, Broward and Orange County markets. These acquisitions strengthen Compass’s footprint in the region.
Serhant welcomed Veronica Peters to its Delray Beach office. Peters, who has generated over $88 million in career sales, joined from Premier Estate Properties, where she has been active in Boca Raton since 2021, adding depth to Serhant’s Delray roster.
