essa Hultz, a seasoned association leader with over 15 years of experience, has taken on the role of CEO at the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR). Her appointment comes after Cory Shepard's tenure as interim CEO following Mike Mercurio's departure amid allegations of embezzlement. SDAR board president Spencer Lugash praised Hultz for her ability to foster collaborative solutions, saying she is "uniquely qualified" to guide the organization through a period of change and growth.
Hultz brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles as CEO of the Greater Los Angeles Realtors Association and the Long Island Board of Realtors. Her commitment to keeping Realtors at the center of transactions and association advocacy efforts has been unwavering, according to her former colleagues.
Meanwhile, Sherry Chris, a real estate industry icon, has ended her tenure as an executive adviser at Anywhere after almost 20 years with the company. During her time at Anywhere, Chris launched the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand and expanded ERA across multiple countries. She also co-founded What Moves Her, a group supporting women in leadership roles.
In other news, Constellation Software has unified its suite of products under the Constellation1 brand, with Brant Morwald now serving as president of Constellation Real Estate Group. This move aims to deliver enhanced value to customers and partners by bringing together industry-leading products. Morwald will oversee the data services division, while Andrew Binkley has taken on a new role at Alpha, Constellation Software's investment and acquisitions arm.
Additional moves include:
* Andrew Seminari as general manager of the newly created data services division
* Robert Vickers as head of operations and strategic initiatives for Constellation1
* Mark Mathis as SVP of enterprise sales
