The evening's focus was on the restaurant itself, designed by Rockwell, which Marc Holliday, CEO of One Madison developer SL Green, described as "a cathedral to carnivorism." The menu featured an abundance of Wagyu beef and salmon caviar blinis. For Holliday, projects like La Tete d'Or bring joy to his team's otherwise real estate-focused work: "We spend 99% of our time grinding away on deals, but 100% of our joy comes from this."
