NFL Star Tom Brady Lists Ultra-Luxurious Florida Estate for $150 Million

Tom Brady reportedly considers selling Indian Creek Island waterfront estate.

T
om Brady is reportedly considering selling his Indian Creek Island estate, a 2-acre waterfront property he built from scratch after purchasing the lot for $17 million in 2020. The mansion features a two-story home, private gym, and cabana, and has been privately shown to prospective buyers with bids already exceeding $150 million.

If sold at this price, it would break Miami's home-sale record, set by Ken Griffin's $107 million purchase of a Coconut Grove compound in 2022. Brady's estate is being marketed without an official listing, but discussions are ongoing about a potential sale.

Brady, who relocated to South Florida after retiring from the NFL, has also been renovating his 14,000-square-foot Brentwood, California estate and purchased a minority stake in the Las Vegas Raiders earlier this year. It's unclear where he plans to reside full-time, but he has expressed a desire to move back to the West Coast.

The potential sale of Brady's Indian Creek Island mansion underscores the island's emergence as one of America's priciest communities, with billionaire Jeff Bezos' recent purchases fueling a surge in property values. An empty lot next to Bezos' holdings is currently being marketed for $200 million, and Brady's property could set a new benchmark for South Florida luxury real estate.
