uveen, the $1.3 trillion asset manager, has launched two private‑market vehicles. In partnership with Arcmont Asset Management—an affiliate of Nuveen and Churchill—it offers a European private‑credit direct‑lending fund that taps its $80 bn private‑credit platform.
Nuveen also unveiled a global cities real‑estate strategy that will invest in commercial properties worldwide, leveraging its $142 bn global real‑estate platform.
Both funds are available to qualified individual investors in Europe and Asia. “This move expands private‑credit access for a broader investor base,” said Arcmont CEO Anthony Fobel. Nuveen’s wealth‑advisory chief Jeff Carlin added that the launches meet the growing appetite for private‑market exposure and reflect a shift toward alternatives that can deliver resilience and attractive risk‑adjusted returns in today’s complex markets.
