hristie’s International Real Estate has opened a boutique office in Portland’s Pearl District, named Christie’s International Real Estate Evergreen. The venture is led by seasoned Oregon broker Brian Pienovi, his son Andrew, and construction specialist Patrick Clark, with Ken McLarty serving as principal broker. The trio previously built and sold two firms to Windermere and now aim to keep Evergreen focused on high‑end service while leveraging Christie’s global brand.

Christie’s president Gavin Swartzman praised the partners’ deep local expertise and commitment to client care, noting that their addition marks a fresh chapter for the company on the West Coast. Evergreen agents will access Christie’s proprietary transaction platform, worldwide marketing channels, premium advertising, and the auction house’s resources.

Pienovi highlighted growing interest in Portland’s Pearl District and the appeal of the city to California buyers seeking natural beauty, affordability, and climate stability. With an average listing price above $1 million—twice the regional average—Evergreen is positioned to serve the city’s expanding luxury market. The firm has also been selected to manage sales and marketing for the Ritz‑Carlton Residences Portland, a flagship development.

Clark expressed confidence in Portland’s real estate trajectory, emphasizing that Christie’s international reach and tools will help clients navigate the evolving market and uncover new opportunities.
