Orion Delivers Strong Return with $52.75 Million Sale of The Shoppes at Jupiter; Whole Foods to Join Tenant Roster

O
rion Real Estate Group has successfully sold The Shoppes at Jupiter, a 197,000-square-foot shopping center in Jupiter, Florida, for $52.75 million to Ram Realty Advisors. The property, acquired by Orion in 2015 for $27.8 million, underwent significant improvements during its ownership, including renovations and lease enhancements that boosted long-term value.

The Shoppes at Jupiter features a mix of national brands, dining options, and service providers, anchored by Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas, Palm Beach Sports Club Gym, Staples, and Bealls. The addition of Whole Foods Market as a new anchor tenant is expected to further enhance the center's performance. "This transaction showcases Orion's ability to acquire, improve, and monetize retail assets in high-demand markets," said Chris Sanz, president of Orion Real Estate Group.

The property benefits from a highly visible location along U.S. Highway 1 and Indiantown Road, with strong demographics and household incomes above the national average. Over 80,000 residents live within a five-mile radius, making it a cornerstone of the Jupiter retail market. Atlantic Retail's Noah Jones and Dan Lynch facilitated the transaction.

Orion Real Estate Group has been involved in over $8.5 billion in transactions since its founding in 1978 and holds a portfolio exceeding $1.5 billion. The firm provides commercial real estate services to investment clients worldwide, with headquarters located at 200 S. Biscayne Blvd, 7th Floor, Miami, FL 33131.
