ondo sales in Palm Beach County picked up pace last week. From September 22nd to September 29th, brokers closed 93 condo deals worth $46.2 million. This is a significant increase from the previous week's 67 sales totaling $45.9 million.
The average sale price dropped to $497,032, down from $593,041 in the prior week. The average price per square foot also decreased to $289 from $343, according to Redfin data.
The top 10 condo sales ranged from $812,500 to $9.4 million. Unit 505 at One Thousand Ocean in Boca Raton took the top spot with a $9.4 million closing, or $2,080 per square foot after 288 days on the market. The buyer was represented by Michael O'Connor and Nicholas Malinosky of Douglas Elliman.
The second-highest sale was Unit S405 at the Enclave of Palm Beach for $3.2 million, or $1,085 per square foot. This deal closed after 406 days on the market.
