alm Beach County's condo market saw a boost in sales and dollar volume last week. Brokers closed 123 deals totaling $54.7 million from September 29th to October 6th, up from 93 sales worth $45.9 million the previous week. The average sale price per unit was $444,746, lower than the $497,032 average from the previous week. However, the average price per square foot increased to $291 from $289.
The top 10 sales ranged from $1.4 million to $4.1 million. Unit 507 at Azure in Palm Beach Gardens took the top spot with a $4.1 million closing, or $1,248 per square foot after 152 days on the market. The buyer was represented by Dory Faxon and Geraldine Stanko of Compass Florida.
