Palm Beach Estate Offers Exclusive Mar-a-Lago Guest Privileges

Luxury estate at 129 Woodbridge Road lists for $14.95 million, near Mar-a-Lago.

A
s inauguration day draws near, this Palm Beach mansion offers a unique perk: access to Mar-a-Lago for its owners and guests. The estate at 129 Woodbridge Road is listed for $14.95 million and boasts an unbeatable location just steps from the president-elect's sister's home and adjacent to Mar-a-Lago itself.

The "declaration of use" agreement between the club and homeowners on this street allows them to enjoy guest privileges, pending a background check and annual dues averaging $22,750 plus taxes. This arrangement spares them the hefty initiation fee, reportedly up to $1 million.

This mid-century modern home features six bedrooms, including one with a pool view, as well as airy interiors, a grand open living room, and a chef's kitchen. The estate also includes a one-bedroom guest house overlooking the pool.

The seller is a trust connected to the late George J. Buff III, who purchased the property for $2.25 million in 2013. The home was listed last year for $15.75 million before being temporarily taken off the market and relisted on January 15th.

The street's unique agreement with Mar-a-Lago has attracted a number of homes owned or rented by people connected to Trump, including family members, guests, staff, and US Secret Service personnel. The area is also within a security zone that closes to through-traffic when the president-elect is at the club.

Built in 1972, this two-story modern home features hurricane-impact windows, a security system, and stunning ocean views from its third-of-an-acre property. Listing brokers Ashley McIntosh and Kendall Corso of Douglas Elliman are handling the sale.
