Starting January 1, 2025, agents with Realty ONE Group's eight metro locations can choose to remain with NAR or disassociate and join Realty ONE Group AZ, a subsidiary of the company.

    Those who opt out will still have access to Realty ONE Group's technology, tools, and benefits, including MLS Choice, a membership option provided by Phoenix REALTORS that doesn't require NAR affiliation.
