ere's a look at recent real estate sales on South Pinellas beaches from October 22-25.
On Treasure Island, three homes sold within a short distance of each other. A 3/2 home built in 1956 with 1,908 square feet sold for $1 million after listing for $1.35 million. Another 3/2 home built in 1958 with 1,842 square feet sold for $650,000 after listing for $750,000. A third 3/2 home built in 1970 with 1,880 square feet sold for its listed price of $745,000.
A condo on Treasure Island also changed hands. The 2/2 unit built in 1981 with 1,320 square feet sold for $680,000 after listing for $730,000.
On Madeira Beach, a 4/2 condo built in 2000 with 1,907 square feet sold for $1.048 million after listing for $1.25 million.
