LNT Burger, a 100% plant-based fast-casual restaurant, is set to open its first Boston-area location in Coolidge Corner on December 11th, 2025. The new spot will be certified kosher and halal, offering chef-crafted, nutrient-rich, and planet-friendly proteins.

To celebrate the grand opening, PLNT Burger Co-founders Spike Mendelsohn, Seth Goldman, and Jonah Goldman will meet and greet neighbors on November 11th at 5pm. The first 100 guests will receive a free PLNT Cheeseburger, along with free samples, merchandise, special prizes, and music by a DJ.

The new location features an oversized mural painted by Boston artist Mark Grundig, showcasing a map of Coolidge Corner as a tribute to the neighborhood. The interior boasts oversized windows overlooking Harvard Street, a playful retro-modern space decorated in vibrant colors, and seating for about 30 patrons.

PLNT Burger aims to provide sustainable, plant-based food that not only tastes great but also reduces environmental impact and improves human health by removing cholesterol and trans fat from favorite foods. With locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast at select Whole Foods Markets, PLNT Burger is co-founded by Spike Mendelsohn, Seth Goldman, and Jonah Goldman.

The menu features signature smash-style burgers, fries, and shakes, including classics like PLNT Cheeseburgers, BBQ Burgers, Chik'n Sandwiches, chili, and "Happy Crabby." Popular side items include Crispy Herbed Fries, Crispy Green Beans, and Wavy Sweet Potato Fries. The Coolidge Corner location will offer dine-in, take-out, or delivery via the PLNT Burger website and app, as well as Doordash, Grubhub, and UberEats.
