Real Estate Reality Show 'Married to Real Estate' Returns to HGTV Schedule

Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson reveal the release date for a new season of "Married to Real Estate."

T
he wait is finally over for fans of HGTV's "Married to Real Estate" as Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson announce their highly anticipated fourth season. The dynamic duo will kick off the new season on March 12 at 8 p.m. Eastern time, bringing with them a fresh batch of home renovations, family adventures, and business ventures.

Sherrod shared the exciting news on social media, posting a celebratory video with her husband in the car, captioning it "Guess who's bizaaaaack!!!". The couple has been teasing their return since June, but HGTV officially confirmed the renewal after the third season attracted over 16.6 million viewers.

The new season will feature 12 episodes, showcasing Sherrod and Jackson's lives as they balance running their businesses, managing their home, and raising three daughters. Their girls, Kendall, 13, Harper, 6, and Simone, who graduated from college in May 2023, will be part of the action, with Harper learning to swim and Kendall joining her parents for local volunteer opportunities.

The season premiere on March 12 promises to deliver an exciting project as Sherrod and Jackson snap up a large property in Sandy Springs, Georgia, for a couple relocating from New York City. Together, they'll create an open concept with a "tuxedo luxe" design featuring a hidden pantry and built-in bar.

Fans are over the moon about the new season's return, with many expressing their relief on Sherrod's post, including one who wrote, "Yesssssss!!!! We've been waiting & watching replays!!". Another fan commented, "Yay!!! So excited! Definitely gonna be tuning in on my maternity leave & binge watching!"

In between filming and running their businesses, the couple updated their own home in 2024, showcasing the results in April. They lime washed the brick facade, added four garage stalls, and changed all the garage doors to a dark wood. Sherrod joked about having to buy more cars, but fans can rest assured that the new season will be worth the wait.

To hold them over until March 12, fans can stream the first three seasons of "Married to Real Estate" on Max and discovery+.
