    The brokerage business is always on the move, with frequent mergers and milestones. Here are some of the latest developments across the US.

    Century 21 Scheetz, Indiana's largest C21 franchise, has merged with Century 21 Breeden Realtors. The combined company now has 10 offices and over 420 agents, operating as Century 21 Scheetz. Co-owners Mark Pratt and Tara James said their team will benefit from the sales support, marketing resources, and access to mortgage and title companies that Scheetz provides.

    Keller Williams Premiere Properties in Illinois has welcomed Pat Callan and his 20-agent team, generating $130 million in sales volume last year. Callan views KW as "the best place for our agents to continue to grow their business," citing the brokerage's top-rated training, systems, and models.

    Kuper Sotheby's International Realty has merged with Port Aransas Realty, expanding into the Texas Coastal Bend region after a decades-long partnership. The merger enables Kuper Sotheby's to serve areas like Corpus Christi, North Padre Island, and Rockport, which are undergoing a transformation as a resort-style coastal destination.

    Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has partnered with the Pittsburgh Steelers, serving as presenting sponsor of the "Take it to The House Sweepstakes" and supporting fan events. The brokerage will also support the SteelHERS Social and the Steelers' first-round draft pick's city tour.

    The Agency has opened a new office in Valle de Bravo, Mexico, its ninth location in the country. The luxury brokerage launched 30 new offices last year and has expanded into seven new markets this year.

    Illustrated Properties has named Christina Pappas as its new president, bringing extensive industry experience to the firm. She previously held leadership roles with Florida Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

    Engel & Völkers Minneapolis has renewed its franchise commitment, extending an affiliation with the global luxury brand that began in 2015. The brokerage has expanded fivefold and grown its gross commission income by 1,457% over the last decade.

    Coldwell Banker Warburg has added broker Gina Conzo and agents Albert Safdie and Georgina Pazcoguin to its team. Conzo brings expertise in downtown Manhattan's luxury market, while Safdie recently closed a record-breaking sale of a Frank Lloyd Wright home in Connecticut.
