Positioned at the intersection of artistry, nature, and design, Richmind aims to establish itself as a major player in the ultra-niche real estate segment. This year, the company plans to bring over 1000 units to the market, starting with its first project on Al Marjan Island.
"We're reintroducing the concept of premium, recalibrating exclusivity, and reimagining architectural excellence," says Mohammad Rafiee, CEO of Richmind. "Our collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects is a validation of our values, as we share a devotion to true craftsmanship and bespoke designs."
The project on Al Marjan Island will offer luxurious waterfront living within a premium leisure and lifestyle destination. Arch. Abdulla Al Abdouli, CEO of Marjan, welcomes Richmind's flagship project, saying it will add to the allure of the iconic island.
"Our partnership with Richmind was established through countless hours of collaboration and creative exploration," says Christos Passas, Director of Design at Zaha Hadid Architects. "We've created a design that is a masterpiece, inspired by the beautiful landscape of the location and tailored to meet customer needs in the market."
