ockland Trust is set to establish a new corporate headquarters at One Technology Place in Rockland, Massachusetts by fall 2026. The 140,000-square-foot hub will consolidate five current office locations, bringing together teams from Hanover, Plymouth, Norwood, and two Rockland sites.

    "This investment is all about our people," said Jeffrey Tengel, CEO of Rockland Trust. "By co-locating teams, we'll foster collaboration and deliver exceptional service." The new space will accommodate approximately 500 employees, featuring modern amenities such as a cafeteria, fitness center, electric vehicle charging stations, and walking trails.

    The building, previously EMD Serono's headquarters, is owned by A.W. Perry, Inc. Mark Flaherty, President of A.W. Perry, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, citing Rockland Trust as a valued community partner. Despite the move, the Bank will maintain its extensive branch network across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with plans to expand north of Boston following its merger with Enterprise Bank later this year.
