n the heart of north Scottsdale, a luxurious condominium project is taking shape. Atavia, an 88-unit development nestled near Pinnacle Peak and Scottsdale roads, is currently under construction with 45% of its homes already reserved.

Chicago-based Belgravia Group, a 75-year-old award-winning developer, is overseeing the project. With a focus on blending form and function, Atavia's two, three, and four-bedroom condominiums offer private rooftop decks, in-unit elevators, and attached garages. Prices range from the mid $800,000s to $1.7 million.

"We've designed Atavia to be a true urban oasis," said Belgravia Group CEO Jonathan McCulloch. "Our homes are crafted to capture the essence of community living, with private courtyards and a clubhouse that bring people together."

KTGY's architectural expertise has resulted in floor plans ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet, complete with 10-foot ceilings, Italian cabinetry, and luxury appliances. Buyers can also work with an in-house design team to personalize their homes.

Residents will enjoy access to a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired clubhouse, featuring amenities like a sparkling pool, fitness center, private yoga studios, golf simulator, and lush courtyards. Cambridge Properties is handling sales for the luxurious condos, which are part of DMB's One Scottsdale mixed-use development area near Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road.

When complete, One Scottsdale will boast 2.8 million square feet of shopping, dining, and office space, along with 2,000 residential units and 400 hotel rooms.
