ean "Diddy" Combs has pulled his $61.5 million Beverly Hills mega-mansion off the market after less than six months, just as he's facing federal charges in New York City. The hip-hop mogul is currently residing at a Brooklyn detention center while awaiting trial on sex trafficking, racketeering, and fraud allegations.
Combs listed his 17,000-square-foot Holmby Hills estate in September, roughly six months after his homes were raided by federal agents. The raids caused significant property damage, and Combs' lawyers have accused authorities of lying to obtain search warrants.
The mansion features 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a large living room, formal dining room, chef's kitchen, wine cellar, and a 35-seat theater. It also includes a two-story guest house with a recording studio, basketball court, and spa building.
Combs reportedly paid $39 million for the home in 2014. Despite getting an offer of half the asking price in November, the sale fell through. The property's proximity to other high-profile homes, including the Spelling Manor and Playboy Mansion, may have been a turn-off for potential buyers.
The federal charges against Combs allege that he sexually abused victims over two decades, spanning 2004 to 2024. If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison. Combs has pleaded not guilty to the charges and rejects accusations made in civil lawsuits, which claim he harmed and exploited individuals with drugs, alcohol, and abuse.
Combs' trial is set to begin on May 5, but one of his lawyers recently quit without explanation.
