RS Real Estate Partners has successfully completed the off-market sale of a 10,802-square-foot multi-tenant strip center at 730 4th Street N in St. Petersburg, FL for $7.25 million. The property, built in 2009, is fully occupied by tenants such as Foxtail Coffee, UPS, and Chipotle, among others.
SRS Capital Markets' Patrick Nutt and William Wamble represented the seller, a Tampa-based investment group, while a national fund targeting multi-tenant retail properties acquired the asset. "We identified an ideal buyer for this property," said Wamble, noting its strong performance and favorable tenant lineup in a growing trade area.
The property's location on 4th Street, a busy thoroughfare with 25,000 vehicles per day, adds to its appeal. This transaction is part of SRS Capital Markets' impressive year, which has seen over $1.2 billion in deal volume across more than 350 transactions nationwide.
