Taylor Swift's former Cape Cod mansion now available for August stay

Massachusetts mansion once owned by Taylor Swift returns to market after 13 years.

A
Cape Cod mansion where Taylor Swift lived for a summer is back on the market. The 5,064 square-foot home at 27 Marchant Avenue in Hyannis Port was listed for $14.5 million just weeks ago. Swift rented the property from July to October 2012 while dating Conor Kennedy, son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

The waterfront estate offers panoramic views across Nantucket Sound and sits near the famous Kennedy Compound. It features eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a sunroom, outdoor pool, guest quarters, circular driveway, and three-vehicle garage. The property was recently remodeled by its current owners after Swift's departure.

According to listing agent Robert B. Kinlin, Swift lived in the home for six to eight months before dating ended due to distance. Her father, Scott Swift, facilitated the original sale. Kinlin worked directly with him and never met Taylor Swift personally.

The property's interior was renovated while maintaining its 1928-era charm. "It's very appealing on the inside and it's very appealing on the outside," Kinlin said. The home is now back on the market after being purchased by another couple who also plans to sell it.
