trio of top brokers from Radius Group is leaving to launch the Santa Barbara office of Colliers, an international publicly traded company. Austin Herlihy, Chris Parker, and Miles Waters will bring over 40 years of combined experience in commercial real estate to their new roles.

    The team has established a reputation as one of the region's most productive and respected teams, specializing in sales and leasing of various asset types across the Central Coast. Their client portfolio includes notable companies such as Global Mutual, RAF Pacifica, and Dansk Investment Group, with over $2 billion in total transaction value.

    Colliers' entry into Santa Barbara marks a significant milestone in their growth across the region. "This launch represents a major step in our strategy to expand our West Coast footprint with top-tier talent," said David Josker, president of the U.S. West Region Brokerage. Austin Herlihy will serve as executive vice president, and Parker and Waters will be vice presidents.

    The new office will operate from 314 E. Carrillo St. in downtown Santa Barbara, providing essential services that have been lacking in the local market. "We are excited to bring Colliers' top-tier advisory platform and comprehensive in-house services to our clients," Herlihy said.
