ony Robbins, a life/business coach, is set to take his own advice by moving into a luxurious penthouse at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami. The 100-story tower, slated for completion in 2028, will be the tallest residential building south of Manhattan, standing at 1,049 feet high.
The five-story, 33,000-square-foot penthouse, which includes a Wall Street-style trading room and a private plunge pool, sold for an undisclosed price in 2022. Robbins' 7,000-square-foot unit comes with a private pool overlooking Miami and the Atlantic Ocean. "This new space is perfect to witness the ocean's tranquility while connecting with Miami's vibrancy," he said.
The penthouse was reportedly asking $28 million, but the actual price paid by Robbins remains undisclosed. He is also in contract to buy space for his family office, Robbins Gupta Holdings, which he co-founded with Ajay Gupta. Gupta is also buying a similar penthouse in the building.
Robbins already owns a mansion in Manalapan, Palm Beach County. His new three-bedroom, 4½-bathroom penthouse will be smart-wired and feature a chef kitchen inside along with a summer kitchen and lounge on the terrace. The building has signed contracts for over 90% of its units, with prices starting at $3.2 million.
The Waldorf Astoria tower features nine spirally offset glass cubes designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Carlos Ott. Amenities include a restaurant, event spaces, pool deck, and owners-only lobby. Developer PMG is behind several high-profile projects in New York and South Florida.
