- 2756 Glenbridge Court: An 882-square-foot condominium went for $255,000 ($289/sqft), settled in November and finalized on the 14th.
- 1724 Glastonbury Road: A 1,209-square-foot single-family home sold for $425,000 ($352/sqft), finalized on November 13.
- 1724 Scio Ridge Road: The property changed hands for $520,000. Built in 1998, it has a living area of 1,685 square feet and was sold at $309 per square foot, finalized on the 14th.
- 1043 Maiden Lane: A condominium sold for $520,000 ($277/sqft), finalized on November 13.
- 3167 North Wagner Road: The single-family house went for $728,000. Built in 1973, it has a living area of 2,401 square feet and was sold at $303 per square foot, finalized on the 14th.
- 1715 Franklin Street: A single-family house changed hands for $740,000 ($548/sqft), finalized on November 14.
