Ultra-luxury yacht for the ultra-rich boasts Titanic-sized proportions and $90M price tags.

The Ulyssia, a 1,000-foot-long vessel, is set to launch in 2029 with 133 ocean-terrace properties.

A
luxury residential yacht, dubbed Ulyssia, is targeting billionaires with a price tag of up to $90 million for a high-end home on the water. The 1,050-foot-long vessel will offer 133 ocean-view residences, ranging from one-bedroom apartments starting at around $10 million to six-bedroom penthouses spanning over 10,000 square feet.

Each residence comes with an ocean terrace, private infinity pool, and personal butler. In addition to the residences, there will be 22 guest suites for visitors. Ulyssia's amenities include padel tennis courts, a 21,000-square-foot wellness area, communal pools, and a watersports marina.

The yacht's designer, Espen Oeino, expects private yacht owners to trade in their captain's hat for an apartment key due to the hassle of owning a large vessel. "Private yacht ownerships are often associated with hassle," Oeino said. "On a big yacht you might have a 50 crew. It can be like operating a small company."

Ulyssia will offer a range of luxury amenities, including a nightclub, art and dance studios, an observatory, seven restaurants, and a beauty salon. Residents will also have access to onboard dentistry and an MRI machine.

The project's founder, Swiss billionaire Frank Binder, has enlisted interior designer Francesca Muzio to craft the yacht's luxurious interiors. Ulyssia aims to attract a global community of like-minded billionaires who want to experience the world in its furthest reaches, with plans for guided tours and expeditions on board two Triton submarines.
