vacant storefront in a San Jose retail area has changed hands. The site was previously home to a CVS pharmacy and had also housed a Longs Drug store before that.
The property, located on Camden Avenue in south San Jose, is now poised for redevelopment as the buyer eyes a potential church or other community-focused use for the space.
