rogressive Real Estate Partners has announced a 10-year lease for Pic N Save Bargains in Victorville, California. The 29,680 square-foot anchor space is located at 14670 7th Street in a busy shopping center anchored by Superior Grocers and will open in November.

    The property was previously occupied by 99 Cents Only Store, but Progressive Real Estate Partners President Brad Umansky and Senior Retail Specialist Monica Dal Bianco-West exclusively marketed the property and represented the landlord. James Clark from James S. Clark Consulting represented the tenant.

    Pic N Save Bargains is a new concept that reinvents the former Pic N Save brand, which sold to a competitor in the early 2000s. The company's first two stores have already opened in Anaheim and Whittier, with several more expected to open in the next year, including the Victorville location.

    The store will offer a "treasure hunt" shopping experience featuring close-out and bargain merchandise from top brands across various categories. The interior of the Victorville store is being updated to reflect the brand's mission of creating a fun, clean, and well-organized shopping environment.

    The shopping center is located near the I-15 freeway with high visibility to over 30,000 cars per day. Monica Dal Bianco-West stated that the location will be ideal for Pic N Save Bargains due to its value-oriented trade area and co-tenancy with Superior Grocers. Brad Umansky added that the significant interest in the anchor space demonstrates the demand for new retail opportunities.

    The Victorville store is part of a larger expansion plan by Pic N Save Bargains, which aims to create a fun and convenient shopping experience for customers. The company's stores will feature convenient parking and prominent inclusion on shopping center pylon signage, ensuring high visibility for shoppers.
