    Luxury apartments for the Las Vegas Raiders, Ariva Serviced Residences, is growing its collection of premier fully furnished residences. By spring 2025, it will offer 75 units, catering to guests staying 31 days or more. This expansion aims to enhance the exceptional living experiences provided by the serviced residence.

    Ariva offers an accessible luxury experience for business travelers, sports enthusiasts, and those relocating or on extended leisure trips. Amenities include weekly housekeeping services, a 24-hour business center, state-of-the-art fitness center, Zen garden, four resort-style pools, Sky Deck with stunning views, and pet park.

    Commercial Alliance Las Vegas Presents Commercial Real Estate Class

    The Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) is hosting a commercial real estate class on February 20 for current and aspiring professionals. The World of Commercial class will cover key terminology, types of leases, property evaluation techniques, and calculating cap rates. CALV President Jennifer Weinberg will teach the class.

    North Las Vegas Hosts Tree Giveaway

    Nevada Plants and the city of North Las Vegas are teaming up to give away 100 trees to residents on Saturday at Valley View Park. The event aims to address urban heat island and food insecurities by providing desert-adapted fruit and shade trees. Trees will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies run out.
