anielle Wilkie, former Compass Regional President, and Heather Frick, a long-time coach, have launched The Helm coaching platform to empower women in real estate. This platform aims to bridge the gap between the number of female agents (65% according to NAR data) and the number of top coaches (only 25% are women, as per Luxury Presence's list).
The Helm seeks to provide targeted coaching methodologies and leadership guidance specifically tailored for women working in real estate. The platform will also help aspiring female coaches develop their skills and balance coaching opportunities with other career aspirations.
Wilkie and Frick have assembled a team of advisors, including industry leaders like Coldwell Banker Realty CEO Kamini Lane and veteran coach Monica Reynolds. They aim to elevate the standard of coaching provided and promote more women in leadership roles within the real estate industry.
The Helm's offerings will include one-on-one coaching, group workshops, leadership tracks, exclusive events, and more. Pricing will vary from free to a few thousand dollars, depending on the program. The platform is open to anyone interested, with a biweekly newsletter available for sign-up.
"We want to help women in real estate achieve their goals while maintaining their business success," Frick said. "At The Helm, we'll provide the tools and guidance they need to thrive."
