This area is located on the first floor of the "Axis Offices" property at Rummelsburger Seeblick 1 in Berlin-Lichtenberg. The Streletzki Group owns this property. The lease agreement was brokered by Grossmann & Berger Immobilien, a member company of German Property Partners (GPP).

The "Axis Offices" building is situated in the immediate vicinity of Ostkreuz station. This location ensures direct access to regional and national rail transport, which is functionally relevant for a transport company. The leased office space was designed with flexible layout options in mind and is barrier-free.
