OTTO WULFF Projektentwicklung GmbH has finalised the sale of House 8 in the EMMA & AUGUST project at Petersen Park in Hamburg. The transaction was completed with a Hamburg family office as the purchaser. House 8 is part of the first construction phase of this project. The planned completion of this phase is scheduled for the end of the third quarter of 2026. This conclusion marks the second global sale within the current year for the EMMA & AUGUST development project.
Holger Fieseler, Managing Director of OTTO WULFF Projektentwicklung GmbH, expressed satisfaction with the concluded sale. He highlighted that the wide range of apartment sizes, the attractive layouts, and the location by the re-naturalised Tarpenbek are relevant for both investors and owner-occupiers.

Sales activities for the EMMA & AUGUST project are now focused on Houses 5 to 7, where individual residential units are still available for purchase.
The units available in Houses 5 to 7 comprise two to five rooms. The living areas range from approximately 58 square metres to around 130 square metres. This allows for an offering that includes both compact and spacious layouts. Construction work for these units is expected to be completed by summer 2026, with subsequent occupancy planned.
