Hotel property company Pandox has taken over the operations of six hotels in Germany. The properties were previously leased and operated by REVO Hospitality Group, which had to file for insolvency at the beginning of 2026. Pandox has held the properties in its portfolio for several years and is now managing the operations directly.
The portfolio comprises a total of 1,243 rooms across established commercial and trade fair locations in Germany. Through the direct operational takeover, the Swedish real estate company is securing the uninterrupted continuation of business operations. All properties will remain present in the market under their existing brands.

The properties concerned include well-known hotels in various segments catering to both business and leisure travellers:
- —Dorint an den Westfalenhallen Dortmund and Dorint Hotel am Dom Erfurt
- —Pullman Stuttgart Fontana
- —Mercure Hotel Munich Neuperlach Süd
- —Mercure Hotel Frankfurt Eschborn Ost and Mercure Hotel Schweinfurt Maininsel
For hotel guests, business partners and corporate clients, the solution ensures seamless continuity. In this context, Pandox expressed its gratitude to employees, business partners and guests for their trust during the challenging preceding months.
Investment and strategic development
With the transition to an owner-operated model, Pandox is establishing the operational foundation for the long-term realignment of the properties. The company announced plans to further develop the locations in line with demand and to make targeted investments in the fabric and fixtures of the properties where required.
By combining property ownership and operational responsibility, the company strengthens the portfolio's resilience and aims for sustainably stable value development at the respective hotel locations.
