Pistola Denim, a Los Angeles-based women's fashion company, has signed a lease for 17,922 square feet of office space at ROW DTLA. The property in Downtown Los Angeles, developed by Atlas Capital Group, thus expands its tenant portfolio with another fashion brand. The entire complex spans nearly 2 million square feet.
Pistola, founded by Grace Na in 2013, will move its creative team from Vernon to the new premises, which previously served as warehousing and distribution space. The exact terms of the lease were not disclosed.
ROW DTLA attracts more fashion companies
Karen Yi, ROW DTLA's Director of Marketing and Events, commented on the new settlement, emphasising that Pistola joins other renowned fashion brands at the location. The property's location benefits from its proximity to Los Angeles' Fashion District. Other office tenants include Adidas, Wilson, Revolve, Fashionphile, HOK, Day One Agency, and MidFirst Bank.
Grace Na, founder of Pistola, stated that the brand has always been driven by creativity and collaboration. They were looking for a space that could optimally support these aspects.
History and Development of ROW DTLA
The ROW DTLA complex spans 32 acres on the edge of the Arts District. It is home to over 35 retailers, restaurants, wellness providers, and event spaces. Originally built in the 1920s around the former Los Angeles Terminal Market, the complex's seven former industrial buildings were extensively renovated and reopened in 2017.
