WILMA Immobilien GmbH continues its strategic business development by expanding the management board for the regions of North Rhine-Westphalia and Baden-Württemberg. Since the beginning of August, Daniel Korschill has joined the management of WILMA Bau- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft at its Düsseldorf and Baden-Württemberg locations.
This personnel decision reflects the company's growth strategy and its intention to further expand its regional presence. Mr Korschill, a qualified civil engineer, brings over 20 years of experience in the residential property sector. His extensive network in North Rhine-Westphalia and beyond is considered a significant asset for future business development.
Comprehensive Expertise in the Residential Property Market
Before joining WILMA Immobilien, Daniel Korschill worked at Bonava, where he served as a member of the management board and regional head for North Rhine-Westphalia. In this role, as well as previously with its predecessor company NCC, he was responsible for the acquisition, development, and successful realisation of numerous residential property projects over many years. This experience qualifies him to help shape and strengthen business activities in the aforementioned regions.
