Since 2025, ProOffice Business Center has signed four new lease agreements, increasing the company's network of locations to a total of approximately 10,000 m² of office space. All leases were exclusively advised on the tenant side by Anteon Immobilien. This development is taking place in an office market that has been characterised by restraint for several years, and in which flex-office concepts, in particular, have been subject to critical scrutiny.
Despite these market conditions, ProOffice is maintaining its growth trajectory, but is steering it through precise property selection rather than speed of expansion. This is evident in the most recent deals. In 2025, the company leased space in the new 'The Unique' building in Berlin. This was followed in 2026 by the opening of a second location in Düsseldorf at Kaistraße 2 in the MedienHafen, and the establishment of a location in Leverkusen.
The most recent expansion took place at Königsallee 63–65 in Düsseldorf, an address where ProOffice was already present and has now added additional space. The selection of properties in all four cases was based on identical criteria: a central location and modern building fabric.
Strategic Alignment and Partner Relationship
The company began its operations in Monheim am Rhein, where the largest proportion of its space is still located. Under the leadership of Managing Director Bartosch Michalski, the strategic focus has increasingly shifted to major cities in recent years. The collaboration with Anteon Immobilien extends beyond the current transactions; Mr Michalski cooperated with Anteon even before taking over the management of ProOffice, with Anteon having comprehensively supported the operator's expansion on the tenant side for years.
Bartosch Michalski, Managing Director of ProOffice Business Center, commented on the expansion strategy by emphasising that locations are not opened merely due to availability, but exclusively due to their suitability. He highlighted that every location must be economically viable, as this forms the basis for growth. He further noted that the current market environment allows for a selection period that was not available three years ago. Michalski views an office not merely as a spatial product, but as a place that fosters human collaboration, and strives to combine high-quality spaces with economically viable operations.
