The funding round for reltix, a Düsseldorf-based company operating in the PropTech sector, has successfully concluded with a volume of 3 million euros. This transaction underscores the confidence in the company's business model and technological direction, which focuses on the further development of property management through artificial intelligence.
Just one year after its founding, reltix already manages over 4,000 residential and commercial units. The company reports an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of over 1 million euros and employs more than 30 staff at its Düsseldorf and Essen locations. Expansion into Frankfurt am Main took place in summer 2026, where the first mandates have already been acquired. The company's technological solution, the AI-native property management platform centrix, is intended to bring about a profound transformation in the field of property management.
The core of reltix's business model is the self-managing AI platform centrix, which systematically collects data and process knowledge generated by operational management activities. This approach goes beyond traditional software solutions by converting complex processes, such as annual accounts, into simple system queries. Enquiries from tenants or owners are resolved directly within the software by the manager or via an AI assistant by telephone or in the customer portal, without requiring redirection to third parties. Clients include owners' associations and private owners, as well as family offices, asset managers, developers and larger portfolio holders.
Reltix's strategic alignment aims to form the interface between property owners and all property-specific services. This includes areas such as banking, energy supply and comprehensive renovation work. Centrix is thus intended to evolve into a comprehensive operating system for the entire real estate industry, through which all relevant processes can be handled and service providers integrated.
Léon Alex Bamesreiter, Co-Founder of reltix, stated that the company views property management as a fundamental infrastructure of an entire industry. The completed financing enables the accelerated further development of centrix, the expansion of the team and the opening up of further markets. The long-term goal is to create a technological basis that transforms the currently fragmented real estate industry into a functioning ecosystem. According to company information, the technological infrastructure enables significantly faster processing of customer enquiries and greater efficiency in operational management.
