EliseAI, a leading artificial intelligence company specialising in automation for residential and healthcare facilities, and one of the first proptech companies to be valued at $1 billion, announced the launch of Apollo. This is the company's first cross-platform, agent-based AI tool. Apollo is a single AI agent capable of performing any task on the Elise platform and is designed as a new user interface for leasing agents, executives and other property operations staff.
Francesca Loftus, Chief Experience Officer at EliseAI in Manhattan, explained the system's capabilities. She emphasised that Apollo is natively integrated into the platform, making all functions of the Elise AI platform accessible via Apollo. The agent can execute requests and grant access to data throughout the system. For instance, a leasing agent could instruct: “Send an updated message to everyone who had a viewing yesterday,” whereupon Apollo would automatically send the message to all relevant contacts.
Apollo also offers the ability to suggest next steps "in plain language, both textually and verbally" based on user queries, Loftus added. Apollo's features include understanding client-specific configurations, as it knows every setting, permission, and data definition specific to a team's properties. EliseAI reported that Apollo operates at scale and has been tested in real-world operations. Thousands of tests covered everyday scenarios, from onboarding new team members to initial leasing enquiries, maintenance emergencies, and renewal discussions. The agent adopts each user's existing permissions, ensuring it only sees and does what the respective person is already authorised for.
Minna Song, Co-founder and CEO of EliseAI, stated that every property team already has numerous dashboards and reports showing what has happened. Apollo sufficiently understands a team's data, permissions, and priorities, allowing users to ask questions in plain language, receive an informed answer, and see that something actually happens as a result.
Customers already using Apollo report positive impacts, according to the company. Kate Scharff, owner of the First Montgomery Group, stated: "Apollo is the smartest AI I know. It's amazing to retrieve the data we're looking for, answer questions about settings and generating potential revenue, and all other aspects that we might be missing."
Since its founding in 2017, EliseAI has opened several offices in the US and Canada, including recently in Austin and Toronto. The company also maintains offices in Boston, Chicago, and San Francisco, and recently relocated to 401 Fifth Avenue, the Tiffany & Company Building, in Midtown New York. EliseAI is reportedly in talks to raise $300 million at a valuation of $3.7 billion, with Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners said to be leading the round. In August 2024, Elise had already completed a Series D round of $75 million, which saw the proptech startup reach a valuation of over $1 billion. This was followed by a Series E round of $250 million in August 2025, led by Andreessen Horowitz.
