The estate, which Stewart acquired in 2004 and developed over several years, is listed at a price of $18.9 million. The lodge-style main residence, spanning nearly 20,000 square feet, was completed in 2011. The property extends over 415 hectares and combines Stewart's bespoke home with a private lake, guest accommodation, extensive recreational facilities, and a licensed hunting ground.
