Verona is reclaiming one of its defining historic buildings with the completion of the final construction phase at Palazzo Forti. The building, located in Vicolo Due Mori, whose origins date back to the Middle Ages, has been extensively revitalised by Mia Banca Immobiliare. The project developed the property into a modern living and accommodation concept with a total of 35 apartments.
e+k Investment Management GmbH supported this investment in its function as a service-KVG (capital management company). Its task included fund administration and the provision of a regulatory and administrative platform. This structure enabled the integration of the project into a regulated fund vehicle and ensured a long-term reliable structuring of the investment throughout the revitalisation process.
Challenges and results of the revitalisation
Palazzo Forti is a historic building in the old town of Verona, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The requirements of monument protection posed a particular challenge during the planning and realisation of the project. Spanning approximately 5,000 square metres, the complex now combines historic building fabric with contemporary standards. It brings together hospitality, retail, and gastronomy under one roof.

With this final construction phase, the comprehensive revitalisation of Palazzo Forti is complete. With its design apartments, the building will welcome guests from various countries in the future and contribute to Verona's tourist appeal.
