Innovo Property Group has concluded two significant industrial space lease agreements in one of its development buildings in Long Island City, Queens. A total of 231,000 square feet (SF) has been allocated to Roadway Moving and Contenur, underscoring the continued demand for suitable commercial premises in the region.

The larger of the two agreements was signed with Roadway Moving, a full-service moving and storage company. The company occupies 117,000 SF on the first floor of the building at 28-90 Review Avenue, also known as the Review Avenue Complex. This lease allows Roadway Moving to consolidate and expand its operations in a strategically important location.

In parallel, Spanish waste container manufacturer Contenur leased 114,000 SF on the second floor of the same property. This transaction reflects the international appeal of the location and the building's capacity to meet diverse industrial requirements. Innovo did not immediately disclose the exact rental prices or contract durations.

According to a report by Cushman & Wakefield, the average asking rent for industrial space in Queens in the second quarter of 2026 was $27.50 per square foot. This figure provides context for the market valuation of the now leased spaces, which offer high quality and strategic advantages.

Pinnacle Realty played a pivotal role in the negotiations. David Junik, George Margaronis, Paul Bralower, and Brendan Burke from Pinnacle Realty represented Innovo in these deals. Ariel Castellanos and Daniel Tack, also from Pinnacle, acted on behalf of Roadway Moving. Contenur was represented by Frank Rao of New York Commercial Realty Group. Inquiries to the involved parties initially remained unanswered.

The recently announced agreements, first reported by Bisnow, follow two other significant transactions signed in May within the same six-story industrial development. This is located near the confluence of the Gowanus Canal and Newtown Creek. At that time, Edge Auto Rental leased 78,000 SF on the first floor, and 1-800-GOT-JUNK? secured 41,000 SF on the first and third floors. The continued leasing underscores the attractiveness and importance of the location for commercial users.
