Anteon announced that Sebastian Lindner will take over the leadership of the Essen branch from 1 November 2026. In this role, he will be responsible for the strategic development of office lettings in the Ruhr area. This appointment underscores Anteon's intention to consolidate and expand its presence in this region.

Furthermore, Mr Lindner will lead the Industrial and Logistics team operating in North Rhine-Westphalia. This team is currently based in Düsseldorf and will also receive additional staff in Essen in the future. With this appointment, Anteon strengthens its strategic position in the Ruhr area as well as in the industrial and logistics real estate segment.

Return and Strategic Importance

For Sebastian Lindner, this appointment marks a return to Anteon. He previously worked for the company from 2019 to 2022. Initially, he headed office lettings and acted as an authorised signatory; later, he was active in office lettings management. In May 2022, Mr Lindner moved to Savills Germany, where he held the position of Head of the Düsseldorf branch. From January 2024, he led the nationwide team for industrial and logistics real estate there as Head of Industrial Agency Germany.

Markus Franz Müller, Managing Director of Anteon, expressed his positive views on Lindner's return. He emphasised that with him, Anteon not only gains back a valued and well-known colleague but also an experienced leader for a strategically significant task. Mr Müller highlighted that Lindner possesses comprehensive expertise in both office lettings and the industrial and logistics space business. This combination is essential to strengthen their position in the Ruhr area and to further develop the Industrial & Logistics business from Düsseldorf and Essen.

Sebastian Lindner himself looks forward to returning to Anteon and collaborating with familiar colleagues with anticipation. He highlighted the significant potential that the Ruhr area offers in both office lettings and the logistics market. He intends to utilise this potential together with clients.
