Grammy-winning musician Sheryl Crow has sold a 2.2-acre parcel of her Nashville estate for US$2.2 million. The sale price was US$400,000 above the initial asking price of US$1.8 million. Crow moved to Nashville in 2007 to be closer to her family while preparing to adopt and raise her two sons.
In 2015, she expanded her main residence by purchasing this house for US$1.235 million. The current sale of the additional house is the latest step in Crow's gradual downsizing of an estate that once encompassed 50.69 hectares. However, she still owns the remaining two parcels, totalling just under 49 hectares.
