SICORE Real Assets announces the early extension of a lease agreement with Loesche GmbH, an internationally active company in mechanical and plant engineering. The agreement concerns office space of almost 4,000 square metres in a property at Hansaallee 243 in Düsseldorf. The extension secures the tenancy for a further five years until 2032.
Loesche GmbH occupies the entire area in the property as the sole tenant. The building, constructed in 1992 in north-western Düsseldorf, has a total of 84 car parking spaces, which is relevant for office locations of this size. The strategic location on a multi-lane arterial road ensures continuous access to the supra-regional transport network. The immediate vicinity is characterised by efficient infrastructure.

The property in D-Lörick offers effective connections to public transport. The D-Lörick underground station and several bus stops are within one to three minutes' walking distance. The distance to Düsseldorf Central Station is approximately 20 minutes by car.
