Techem Energy Services GmbH, an energy service provider, has leased a new office unit in Dortmund. The company will vacate its existing premises within the city and will occupy space at Robert-Schuman-Straße 20 in the future. The leased property comprises a total area of approximately 2,024 square metres.
The owner of the property in question is MMDO Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG. Materna SE is acting as the landlord in this transaction process. The contractual agreements were made for a modern office environment that meets the tenant's requirements.
Cooperation in the Brokering Process
The brokering and consultation for the involved parties were carried out as a joint venture involving two network partners of NAI Partners Germany. Apollo real estate GmbH & Co. KG from Frankfurt am Main and CUBION Immobilien AG from Mülheim an der Ruhr were involved. On behalf of the tenant, Techem Energy Services, the process was managed by Martin Höppler and Martin Angersbach.
The landlord, Materna SE, was advised and represented by Niklas Klein during the negotiations. The consulting firms involved expressed their positive views on the successful conclusion, which was based on close and trusting cooperation among all parties. They emphasised that the property on Robert-Schuman-Straße offers an excellently equipped working environment in a strategically relevant location.
