Tishman Speyer, as the owner of the respective property companies, has appointed Savills for the property management of two logistics and light industrial properties in the Düsseldorf region. The two new-build properties, whose management Savills has taken over, comprise a total lettable area of approximately 36,200 m². This mandate underscores Savills' expertise in property management for large-scale commercial properties.

One of the properties is located at Clarissenstraße 44–50 in Düsseldorf. It is a modern logistics property with a total lettable area of approximately 22,900 m². This area is divided into approximately 19,100 m² of pure logistics space, 2,720 m² of mezzanine space, and 1,080 m² of office space. In addition, 69 car parking spaces are available. The official handover to the first tenant took place in mid-August 2026. At the time of Savills' takeover on 15 August 2026, the property was already fully let.

Details on Property Structure and Location

The second property in the portfolio is located at Halskestraße 7 in Ratingen and has a logistics area of approximately 13,240 m². The location is strategically important, as it is in the immediate vicinity of Düsseldorf Airport. According to the parties involved, leasing activities for this Ratingen property are in an advanced stage, indicating a swift market launch and demand. Both locations benefit from established infrastructure and high accessibility, which are crucial for logistics properties.

Andreas Flechtner, Managing Director of Savills Property Management Deutschland GmbH, commented on the awarding of the mandate. He emphasised that the inclusion of these two modern and high-quality logistics properties into their management portfolio confirms the performance capability of his company. The collaboration with Tishman Speyer would thus be further expanded, which underlines the trust in Savills' service quality.

The appointment by Tishman Speyer, a renowned real estate company, reflects the requirements for professional and efficient management of complex logistics assets. The acquisition of these mandates expands Savills' management portfolio by significant areas in one of Germany's most important economic regions, confirming the strategic focus on high-quality properties in urban logistics hubs. The full letting of the Düsseldorf property before the management takeover indicates the high attractiveness of the space in the market.
