WaVe-X GmbH, the corporate venture capital segment of WALTER GROUP, has made an investment in All3. This stake establishes WaVe-X as a strategic partner in the investor group and aims to support All3 in its market expansion within Europe. All3 is developing a robotic platform for multi-storey residential construction, specifically tailored to address challenges in the European construction industry such as housing shortages and stagnant productivity.
The buildings developed by All3 are based on a timber-hybrid construction method. Cross-laminated timber (CLT) is used as the primary building material, supplemented by steel and concrete elements where these are structurally appropriate. The global construction industry is currently characterised by high construction costs, a shortage of skilled labour, and stagnant productivity. Conventional modular construction methods are reaching their limits, especially with individual requirements and complex inner-city construction projects.
In contrast, All3 enables the serial production of individual, multi-storey residential buildings from sustainable timber. This is achieved without an additional cost premium for customisation and without restrictions regarding form, function, or design. To this end, the company combines AI-powered planning, robot-based prefabrication, and autonomous on-site assembly to construct sustainable buildings industrially, faster, and more cost-effectively than with conventional methods.
The All3 model is designed for significant performance improvements. It thus enables savings of up to 30 per cent of costs compared to conventional construction methods, a reduction in project duration by up to 50 per cent, and a decrease in CO₂ emissions by up to 25 per cent. Furthermore, full architectural freedom is guaranteed, even on confined urban plots. All3 has transformed every construction step into a continuous end-to-end process, supported by three integrated technologies: All3 Mantis, an autonomous robot for on-site assembly, AI-powered planning software, and the cell-based All3 Robofactory for the automated production of individual components.
Michal Lewandowski from WaVe-X emphasised that All3 combines highly advanced robotics with practical construction experience. He pointed out that the combination of Physical AI, design automation, and autonomous assembly creates new possibilities for scalable construction with high architectural flexibility. WaVe-X will actively support All3's growth through the market position and network of the WALTER GROUP. Rodion Shishkov, co-founder and CEO of All3, highlighted that WALTER GROUP has been developing and operating real estate in Central Europe for decades. Their assessment of the technology's market readiness is a crucial confirmation, allowing for more precise implementation and acceleration in the context of the housing crisis with a partner of this calibre.
WaVe-X's investment also generates strategic synergies within the WALTER GROUP. WALTER REAL ESTATE gains access to All3's timber-hybrid construction platform through this partnership and can support the company's expansion into the Austrian market. For CONTAINEX, a specialist in mobile space systems, the cooperation offers insights into modern automated production processes and strategic findings on the future application of cross-laminated timber. Daniel Ritz, CEO of WALTER GROUP, stated that a fundamental rethinking in construction is necessary to solve the European housing crisis, and modular timber construction dictates the future direction. The technology developed by All3 in automated manufacturing brings the speed and architectural freedom that the industry has previously lacked. The investment aligns with WALTER GROUP's long-term orientation and provides WALTER REAL ESTATE and CONTAINEX early access to a key technology, while purposefully expanding their presence in this segment.
All3 is led by co-founders Rodion Shishkov (CEO) and Slava Bocharov, who previously scaled the e-commerce unicorn Samokat. Following successful validation through a four-storey test building in Belgrade in autumn 2025, All3 plans to realise its first customer project in 2026.
