The Opatz Group and the commercial law firm Wittig Ünalp are continuing their collaboration in Bremen. The law firm has extended its existing lease for the property Domshof 18–20 in Bremen city centre.
As part of this agreement, the originally utilised space of approximately 1,500 square metres has been expanded by an additional 1,300 square metres. This results in a total usable area of around 2,800 square metres for Wittig Ünalp in the centrally located office and commercial building on Domshof. The new lease agreement was concluded with a term of ten years.
Commitment to the location and growth prospects
The long-term contract extension and expansion of space signal a clear commitment by the law firm to the Bremen location. At the same time, this creates the spatial conditions for further growth. The additional space enables the expansion of existing law firm structures and the creation of new capacities in the city centre. Maximilian Opatz, founder of the Opatz Group, stated that Wittig Ünalp's decision to secure and expand its location represents a strong vote of confidence. He emphasised that long-term partnerships form the foundation of the company's philosophy, ensuring reliability and sustainable development.
From the perspective of commercial letting, the contract conclusion also underscores the attractiveness of the location and the quality of the previous cooperation. Marco Backermann, Managing Director and Head of Commercial Letting at OPATZ Property, confirmed that retaining a tenant like Wittig Ünalp and expanding the space confirmed the quality of the property and the location. He stressed that the ability to support the law firm's growth plans and implement suitable space solutions within the building was the result of a trusting partnership and joint development. The Opatz Group looks forward to continued collaboration with Wittig Ünalp at Domshof with confidence.
